    What safety measures do you have in place?

    Your safety is our top priority. All our vessels are fully licensed and regularly inspected by the relevant Bahraini authorities. Our captains and guides are certified professionals with extensive training in safety protocols, first aid, and CPR. We also provide all necessary safety equipment, including life jackets for all passengers.

    How far in advance should I book a water taxi or activity?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and private charters, to secure your preferred date and time. For water taxis, same-day booking is often possible, but advance notice is appreciated. For group events and popular water sports, a week’s notice is ideal.

    What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your booking based on availability without any fee if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations, a full refund is provided with 48 hours’ notice. Please see our full Terms & Conditions page for detailed information.

    What should I wear and bring for a water activity?

    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting slightly wet, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a towel, a change of clothes, and any personal medications. For specific activities like fishing, you may want to bring a light jacket. We provide the necessary safety gear and equipment.
