Different services may have different booking, payment, and inquiry requirements. Please read each section carefully.

  1. General Terms
  • Delma Marine Services operates a variety of marine activities, including transportation, leisure trips, sports, training, workshops, retail, and environmental programs.
  • All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety guidelines, and government regulations.
  • Delma Marine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any service if required for safety or operational reasons.
  • By using our services, customers agree to follow all posted instructions and safety rules.
  1. Water Taxi
  • Water Taxi tickets can be purchased online or offline (from the station cabin).
  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment, regardless of the payment method.
  1. Online Tickets
  • Online tickets are issued as a full-day pass.
  • Even with an online ticket, passengers must wait in the station queue for boarding.
  • At the gate, passengers must present their digital ticket to the gate employee for scanning.
  1. Offline Tickets
  • Passengers purchasing at the station cabin will receive a printed ticket.
  • The printed ticket includes a serial number section. Passengers must keep this part intact; if the serial number is removed or damaged, the ticket becomes invalid.
  • The printed ticket must be shown at the gate for verification and scanning.
  1. Water Trips
  • All water trips require advance booking and full payment at the time of reservation.
  • Trip schedules may vary depending on weather conditions, sea conditions, and passenger availability.
  • In case Delma Marine cancels a trip due to safety or operational reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
  1. Water Sports
  • Water Sports activities do not require online booking or payment through the website.
  • Customers may be subject to an entry fee charged by the venue offering the water sports activities.
  • Delma Marine is not responsible for changes in availability or third-party service arrangements.
  1. Training Center
  • Training programs do notinclude online booking or payment.
  • Users may submit an online inquiry form, after which the training center team will contact them directly to provide schedules and enrollment steps.
  • Participation in any training activity is subject to meeting the program requirements and available seats.
  1. Boating Workshop
  • Boating Workshop services do not require online booking or payment through the website.
  • Users may submit an online inquiry form, and the workshop team will contact them to provide details, service assessment, and next steps.
  • Service availability and timelines depend on workshop capacity and technical requirements.
  • Customers are also welcome to visit the Delma Marine shop directly for consultation and assistance from the workshop team.
  1. Retail & Sales
  • Retail and marine equipment are not sold online.
  • Users may submit an online inquiry form, and the sales team will contact them directly to provide product availability, specifications, and purchasing details.
  • Customers are welcome to visit the shop directly to view products and receive in-person consultation from the sales team.
  • Products may have different guarantee or warranty periods, which will be provided by the sales team or listed with the product upon purchase.
  1. Marine Conservation
  • Marine Conservation activities do not require online booking or payment through the website.
  • Users may submit an online inquiry form, and the marine conservation team will contact them to provide schedules, participation details, or guidance.
  • Participation in any marine conservation activity is subject to safety guidelines and availability.
  • Delma Marine is not responsible for changes in schedule or availability due to operational or environmental conditions.
  1. Liability & Safety
  • All activities are subject to strict safety guidelines.
  • Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by Delma Marine staff.
  • Delma Marine is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during any trip or activity.
  • Customers voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with marine activities and waive any claims against Delma Marine.
  1. Online Transactions & Inquiries
  • All online bookings, payments, and inquiries are processed securely.
  • Information provided through forms is used only for the requested service and will not be misused.
  • While retail equipment is currently not sold online, all future online transactions (if applicable) will comply with Bahrain’s Electronic Transactions Law and Consumer Protection Law, including secure payment and clear policies.
